ABOUT ME

An accomplished Texas Filmmaker, Travis began in film as an actor and was cast as Tom Stark in All the Kings Men Directed by Stephen Zaillon and starring Sean Penn, Jude Law, Patricia Clarkson, James Gandolfini, Jackie Earl Haley, Anthony Hopkins and Mark Ruffalo.  His desire to be in front of the camera faded as he began Producing and Directing.

Travis is a 5 x Top 20 Filmmaker and a 2 x Top 5 Film Maker at the Louisiana Film Prize. He is a recipient of the LA Film Prize Founders Circle award in 2015 and Oxford Magzine’s Best Southern Short in 2016.  Currently his four short films Native, Jackdaw, The Out and Outs and The Sound of Trains are distributed internationally by ShortsHD. The Short Film Jackdaw was placed on the HBO Executive List in the Spring of 2017 and his last narrative The RouGaRou was funded and distributed online by Blum House owned Crypt TV. 

After the birth of his second child, he shifted his gears to Coasting Thunder a production company launched in 2019. Currently Travis owns one of the only Camera Cars in the South and works as a Crane Operator on certain sets. He has a natural love for telling stories regardless of the medium, which makes him a diverse option for your project.
